Tan Yoong (one of singapore’s leading designers) made his comeback in Singapore Fashion Festival 2008 after 17 years away from the limelight. His extravaganza, entitled Dazzling Rhapsody, was an opportunity for him to showcase a sneak peek of his collection that he created for the World Fashion Awards later that year.
